The materials presented on this website may include brand names, HRA marks, logos, garment concepts, graphics, photography, video, typography compositions, artwork, website design, written content, collection concepts and creative direction.

Materials owned by Holy Realm of Angels are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Nothing on this website grants you a license or right to use HRA materials beyond viewing the website as intended.

You are welcome to view and use this website for ordinary personal purposes, and ordinary linking to or legitimate sharing of the website is permitted.

Joining Early Access registers your interest in Holy Realm of Angels. It does not guarantee product availability, a specific release date, or purchase access, and it does not create a purchase agreement of any kind.

The website presents collection and concept material, including the Rock Collection and other creative work. Concepts, designs, release timing, availability, specifications and presentation may evolve before any commercial release.

This website does not currently offer ecommerce purchasing, and these Terms therefore do not address returns, shipping or payment. If commerce is introduced in the future, separate commerce policies will be created or these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Submitting a project brief through Start a Project is an inquiry. It allows Holy Realm of Angels to review a potential project, but it does not obligate HRA to accept the project, does not create a client relationship by itself, and does not establish final scope, final pricing, or any production commitment.

A project becomes binding only through a separate, mutually accepted agreement, proposal, contract or equivalent written arrangement.

Through Start a Project, you may submit ideas, descriptions, references, images, documents and other creative materials. By submitting materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them for review.

You grant Holy Realm of Angels only the limited permission reasonably necessary to receive, store, review and evaluate your submission for the purpose of the project inquiry. Submitting materials does not transfer ownership of them to HRA, and HRA does not claim any right to publicly display them.

Submitting the website form alone does not create a formal non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. Where confidentiality is required for a project, it should be addressed separately in writing before sensitive materials are exchanged.

That said, Holy Realm of Angels does not intend to publicly disclose materials submitted through project inquiries, and submissions are stored privately as described in the Privacy Policy.

You should not upload malicious files, illegal content, material you have no right to provide, or anything intended to compromise the security or operation of the website.
